Terms and Conditions


We’re ‘CORAL by Eco Market Malta’ – a name owned by Eco Events & Services Ltd, having Company Registration Number C99494, with VAT number MT28356319, based in Malta with a registered address at 89, Madonnina, Triq l-Assemblea Nazzjonali, San Gwann.

When you shop with us (or access our services, social media pages, and websites (our “Websites”)), the following terms apply. The purpose of these terms is to set out what we expect from each other and to provide helpful information. Should you require further information, please feel free to get in touch with our Support Team at any point – we always love to hear from you!

The Terms and Support pages are updated and amended on a regular basis. Please remember to check back in before you shop as the latest set will apply at the time of purchase.

To shop with us, you need to:

  • be at least 16 years old;
  • be in possession of a credit or debit card that we accept (refer to the bottom of the page for details of current payment providers); and
  • have the required authorization to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).


Placing an Order

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. A standard pre-authorization check is carried out to make sure there are enough funds on the card. Please note that your order will only be accepted once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Should there be an issue with an order, we will get in touch with you.

On rare occasions, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or investigate account activity (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice unusual activity on an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offense – get in touch with our Support so we can take the necessary steps to rectify the issue immediately.


Prices and Product Description

There’s a lot going on here at CORAL by Eco Market Malta and from time to time our busy team members may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will inform you ASAP and give you the option of either reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancel it.

If for some reason, we are unable to get in touch with you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order, the delivery option, or the address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Additional charges will be clearly presented during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’.



Delivery is the responsibility of each vendor. Vendors work hard to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays due to issues that are out of our control, namely postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. From our end, we will do our utmost to keep you updated as much as we can throughout the whole delivery process.


Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, returns with full refunds will be accepted within 14 days.


After That?

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items after the laps of the 14 day period stipulated above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


Returns and Refunds Policy

All returned items are inspected by the seller upon arrival. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags and original wrapping/seal. Proof of Purchase should also be provided.


Can I Exchange my Item?

We are not obliged to offer exchanges. Exchanges will be at the sole discretion of the vendor. If the vendor accepts to an exchange, the exchanged item must be chosen from the same vendor’s store. Please contact the seller directly. You may have to cover the delivery costs of the returned item, in case the exchange goes ahead.



Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we’re able to locate the items and you’d like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.


Faulty items

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

Please contact the vendor right away if this happens. You will then be given instructions to return the item as soon as possible. Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.


Delivery Costs and Proof of Postage

Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.  We strongly recommend you get proof of postage.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned:

  • perishable goods (foods, flowers, or plants)
  • custom-made products or personalized items
  • personal care goods (such as makeup)
  • Underwear


Fair Use

In the eventuality that an unusual and regular pattern of returns activity is noted, we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Support and we’ll be happy to discuss this further with you. If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, please contact Support. Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.


Coupon Codes

From time to time, we may give you Coupon Codes that you can use to benefit from reduced prices on specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!

Each Coupon Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time of issue (e.g. what products, single/multiple uses, when it can be used, etc).

If you’re given a unique Coupon Code that is meant just for you (e.g. a student Coupon Code) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Coupon Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we reserve the right to cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account with immediate effect and without notice.

If a Coupon Code is failing to run properly because it is being used in a fraudulent manner, tampered with, effected by technical errors, or anything else that is beyond our control and that affects the running or fairness of the Coupon Code, we shall reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Coupon Code.


Gift Vouchers

If you’re the lucky recipient of one of our Gift Vouchers head over to our Support page or reach out to us to find out how and when they can be redeemed. A few points to bear in mind:

If you’re buying someone else a Gift Voucher, please make sure you get their email address correct! If you get it wrong and the Gift Voucher is emailed to someone else who uses it, there’s not much we can do. Check, double-check, and even triple check the mail address provided before you complete the purchase.

Speaking of emails, sometimes pesky (but useful) spam filters send our emails into junk or spam folders. So, if you’ve not been thanked for your generous gift, it’s worth giving them a nudge because there might be something wonderful waiting for them in their junk or spam folder!

Please make sure to check the expiry date of gift vouchers. We reserve the right to cancel any Gift Vouchers, at our sole discretion, where fraud or misuse is suspected.


Your Personal Data and Information

Our Data Protection and Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, please remember to update the ‘My Account’ area so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).

We love being able to interact with and chat with you through social media. However, we can’t control social media platforms or how you set your profiles on them. Please check and set your privacy settings so that you understand and are comfortable with how your personal information on those platforms will be used.


Things You Shouldn’t Do

We know it’s obvious, but you must not misuse or tamper with our websites, apps, or other services (“Websites”) (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks, etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offense, but they also get in the way of us giving our loyal customers the best service, so we take them really seriously. We will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We recommend you use virus protection software when using any website, including ours. Although we have a dedicated team who work hard to stop people messing with our Website, we can’t guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses, or trouble-makers.

You are not allowed to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Website (AKA ‘screen scraping’).

Troublemakers take note: you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Eco Market Malta, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this Website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.


Intellectual Software, Property, and Content

Eco Market Malta owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You’re not allowed to:

  • Use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
  • Use the Eco Market Malta logo or any Eco Market Malta brand or trademark, including CORAL, (or any marks which are similar in color and/or design) without our express permission.


Linking to this Website

It is acceptable for you to link to ‘CORAL by Eco Market Malta’ as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by ‘CORAL by Eco Market Malta’ where none exists.

Our Website must not be framed on any other site without our permission.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or website, or for any other materials, products or services of third-parties. Reviews are great for shoppers to make a more informed decision and we encourage you to leave a review for each and every product purchase and share your experience with other buyers. We expect that reviews (including their comments and images) are completely sincere, honest, and truthful. We reserve the right to remove in whole or in part any reviews which after considerable evaluation and examination by us, it was decided that the review was unfair or irrelevant. This is at our sole discretion.

When writing reviews. you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any or all the reviews you have submitted on our website to be used for internal purposes, marketing purposes, or any other purpose. You agree that your comments will not violate any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or another personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the service related to our website. We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our Ts&Cs) at any time.

These terms and our dealings with you are subject to Maltese Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts.



This is a multi-vendor online marketplace. Each vendor is separately responsible for the information provided, including making sure it is complete and accurate, and thus ‘CORAL by Eco Market Malta’ shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information pertaining to the vendors, their profiles and their products – or for any modifications, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ‘CORAL by Eco Market Malta’, our partners, collaborators, employees, suppliers, and service providers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal and professional fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
