Shipping Policy
FREE DELIVERY to Malta and Gozo
National:
Estimate delivery time 1-4 working days.
Orders above 25 euros are shipped with traced delivery. You will be notified by email when the order is shipped and its tracking number. Orders below 25 euros are shipped via standard post.
Alternatively you can pick up your order from Msida skate park or St. Paul's Bay area, getting a gift. Please contact me for further details about the exact location and time.
Overseas:
Estimate delivery time 1-4 weeks (EU countries and UK).
International orders have a €5 shipping fee. Orders above 25 euros are shipped with traced delivery by Maltapost. You will be notified by email when the order is shipped and its tracking number. Orders below 25 euros are shipped via standard post.
Refund Policy
We refund your order when we receive back the item in its original condition, unworn and not damaged.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation
We accept cancellations within 12 hours from the purchase. Please contact us if you have any problem with your order.
We don't accept cancellations for a custom order or when the order has already been shipped.
Return/Exchange
Handmade items are subject to small variations that make them unique. We try to give detailed information in the description so that it matches the object. Even the colours can depend on the settings on your screen.
Unless they arrive damaged, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders, Items on sale.
We gladly accept returns if you are not happy with your order within 14 days from the delivery date. The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
