When an order is placed will be processed during working hours and will be transmitted to designed delivery company to be dispatched to the customer. In the event that the customer will not be available delivery will be rescheduled to next working day.
Customer will be informed and updated about order status. The order is cancellable and/or modifiable within 1 hour after order confirmation.
Our Delivery service will be provided through a delivery company both for domestic (Republic of Malta) and for export (European Union Memeber States only) shipping.

4. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted only if the claim has been done within 48 hours from delivery.
Cases that apply are:
4.1 Damaged products
In this case Customer has to return the damaged items as they were found and will either receive a replacement free of charge or a voucher. This option is on customer choice.
4.2 Wrong delivered products
If what is received does not corresponds with what has been ordered customer has to return the items and will be able to choose between: reshipping of correct items, issuing of a voucher or a refund.
4.3. Unwanted products
If the latter apply, the return has to be done without opening the delivered box. If on reception the box will result opened in the first instance it will not be accepted. Moreover, no cash-back will be performed, however, a voucher will be issued.
Returns will be collected according to our delivery schedule.
