Deliveries are made through our delivery partner E-Deliv. The courier will attempt to deliver to you within 48 hours after your order in Malta (and within 5 days in Gozo), provided your order is received before 6pm. If you are unavailable then the courier will contact you to arrange to deliver to you. You can contact E-Deliv on 27882755 and quote your order number which has been sent by email to you for any enquiries about delivery.

If, within 14 days following dispatch of your order, you are not satisfied with the product, we offer you your money back.
P.S.: It goes without saying that the same refund policy applies for (rare) cases in which the filter is not compatible with your tap.
Excluded from this refund policy are the following products once they have been used by you: Refillable bottle.
All you have to do is, within the 14 days following the date of dispatch of your order send the product back to our office by registered mail , indicating your name and order number. Our address for returns is the following:

Once we have received the product, we’ll proceed to refunding the amount of the initial purchase to your credit card. Please bear in mind that the money will take between 5 and 10 working days to appear on your account.
It’s as easy as that, but, trust us, you will never want to part ways with TAPP 2.
