Shipping Policy

Delivery is free in Malta and Gozo and our deliveries are made through our delivery partner Mela.Biz.

The Mela Courier will attempt to deliver to you a day after your order in Malta (and within 3 days in Gozo), provided your order is received before 6pm.

If you are unavailable then the courier will contact you to arrange to deliver to you.

You can contact Mela.Biz on 20332211 and quote your fullfillment number which has been sent by email to you for any enquiries about delivery.

Refund Policy

Here at TAPP Water we are firmly convinced that all our products fulfill the highest standards of quality.

As a matter of fact, we are that convinced that we even offer you your money back, if you are not satisfied with your TAPP 2, or any of our products.

If, within 14 days following dispatch of your order, you are not satisfied with the product, we offer you your money back.

P.S.: It goes without saying that the same refund policy applies for (rare) cases in which the filter is not compatible with your tap.

Excluded from this refund policy are the following products once they have been used by you: Refillable bottle.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

All you have to do is, within the 14 days following the date of dispatch of your order send the product back to our office by registered mail , indicating your name and order number. Our address for returns is the following:
