We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you our returns address in Malta. Please then return any item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving the item/s. We will let you know once your parcel has been received and an exchange/refund processed.
Conditions of Return
Please note buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining a certificate of posting. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
