Every decoration is made with love and care. Slight variations in fabric materials and colours may differ from the ones as seen on the picture/s due to availability of stock. Colours may also be different due to computer settings and due to different devices. Dimensions of pennants and bunting may vary slightly but this does not affect the functionality of the bunting.
At DecorEco, our return policy is simple – if you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned undamaged within 14 days for a refund, minus any delivery charges. This means that you have 14 days from the date you receive the email that your order is ready for pick up or delivery.
To start a return, you may (mark the order on your Coral account and click on Refund Request/ contact us on email@example.com). If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item back.
Returned items must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging, tags intact and the receipt. We regret that we cannot accept returns for items that are not in perfect condition. If you intend to send it by post, ask for proof of postage as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
You will receive an email to notify you of the returned item/s. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Damages and issues
You are kindly requested to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Certain customised and personalised items cannot be returned. If, however, you have questions or concerns about your item, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
