I wrap our jewelry safely and gracefully in a handmade envelope recycled from magazines, decorated with the paper ribbon. We use textile scraps, cotton, synthetic fiber yarns collected from Italian and European textile factories. Since the material is recycled, availability is limited. Description

Care instructions

I suggest you soak the scarf necklace in cold water and a little liquid detergent (for synthetic textiles) for about 15 minutes. Rinse gently, squeeze just a little with your hands and leave it to dry on a drying rack not in the sun directly. Do not forget to put an empty bowl underneath for dripping.

I recommend keeping fabric jewels in a drawer, a bag, or a dry place without direct sunlight. Keep them away from small children because it can be dangerous (like any jewelry). If textiles are exposed outdoors in the long term, they might become dusty, discolored, and odorous.


Materials

We use scraps of cotton, jersey, stretch cotton, microfiber, acrylic fabrics originating from EU countries. In particular, I purchase from a company that personally collects threads from textile factories in Northern Italy, for which it has the one-off availability of a color or pattern.


Craft room

I work from home. I don’t have pets and don’t smoke. When I finish my duties, I store all yarns and jewelry in a dedicated wardrobe and drawers. Fibers are damaged if exposed to light and open air.


Gift wrapping and packaging

I safely wrap our crafts in handmade envelopes recycled from magazines, decorated with paper ribbon. Please let me know if this is a gift. I will make a special pack for you. Would you like to attach a message? I can write it for you.

We refund your order when we receive back the item in its original condition, unworn and not damaged.

Cancellation

We accept cancellations within 12 hours from the purchase. Please contact us if you have any problem with your order.

We don't accept cancellations for a custom order or when the order has already been shipped. 

Return/Exchange

Handmade items are subject to small variations that make them unique. We try to give detailed information in the description so that it matches the object. Even the colours can depend on the settings on your screen.

Unless they arrive damaged, we can't accept returns for:

We gladly accept returns if you are not happy with your order within 14 days from the delivery date. The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
