Shipping Policy
All deliveries can be made to every locality in Malta and Gozo, and is free of charge for orders over EUR 25.
Deliveries in Malta may take a maximum of 3 working days. Our professional team will contact you one day before the delivery will be made.
In case of orders which are less than EUR 25, a small delivery charge will be applied.
One may also pick up an order from our premises in Qormi between 8:00am and 4:30pm, from Monday to Friday.
Refund Policy
We are always ready to accept back products that are not to your liking, even if these items have been opened and used. Please do call us if you have any products that you would like to return, and you will have the choice of replacing the product, or to be refunded in full.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In order to cancel an order, return an item or exchange an item, please contact us and we shall process your request within 3 working days.
