We hope that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size we are happy to offer an exchange or a store credit.

Our returns policy is 15 days. We ask that items be returned to Brother & Sister within 15 days of delivery, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with its tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased on Sale must be returned within 7 days.

To return your product, please first contact us either from the INQUIRY or by e-mail.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and whether your chosen replacement item is in stock. If we do not have a replacement item in stock, we will issue a store credit that can be used in 3 months.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the replacement item has to be delivered to you, a delivery fee of €4 to Malta and €6 to Gozo applies. You can also opt to pick up your replacement item when you come with your return item.
