Decorate your cake table in style with this greeting bunting or order your special one’s name to be hand painted on the bunting. You may also hang it at the entrance of a room, to dress a shelf or in a child’s
nursery or play area.

Double-sided hemmed rectangular pennants distributed on approximately 51cm of tape. Since each letter is hand-painted, light-coloured fabric is used, usually white or a shade of cream. There is an extra 16cm of tape at each end to make it easier to use. Made out of reclaimed materials and scrap fabrics, this bunting adds cheer to your celebrations whilst reducing single-use banners and plastics.

• All our buntings are handmade, hand-cut and sewn, therefore pattern placements may vary slightly from the item pictured.

Care instructions:

This handcrafted item needs a little extra care. Includes different fabric materials and colours. Colours may run. Do not iron. Hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.

We love sustainable party decorations over plastic and single-use items because you can reuse them time and time again. This bunting may be used inside or outside. However, the quality of the product depends on the use and care. For example, if left outside in strong winds and rain or left in the sun for too long.
Keep out of reach of children. This is not a toy.

How to Order
You are invited to choose:

1. The greeting or name. There will be a blank pennant to separate the words. The greeting or the name must not exceed 15 letters, including blank pennants. (Select OTHER from the drop-down menu and include your personalised greeting or name in the ORDER NOTES before check out.)

2. Black or coloured letters. If you choose black letters, it will be written on white fabric pennants with gold tape. If you choose colourful letters, it will be written on cream or light-coloured fabric pennants with string

3. Add a storage pocket (size and colour may vary from the image according to your banner)

Shipping Policy

Processing

Processing of this item may take up to four weeks since the item
is handmade from scratch. You will receive an email to let you know that your
item/s is/are ready for pick up or delivery. Reply to this email with your
preference. If you choose to pick up, this is when you agree upon a day and
time. If you choose delivery, kindly allow 2 to 4 days for your order to be
delivered.

If needed sooner, we will try to process your order within 2
weeks.

Shipping policy

Local orders in Malta and Gozo

Free pick-up service is offered on all orders. agreed day and
time.

A shipping fee of 5eur applies to all orders under Eur25

Free delivery of orders above Eur25. For orders in Malta, time and
place are discussed with the client.

Actual delivery times take 2 to 4 business days from when you
receive confirmation about method of delivery (pick up or delivery).


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Every decoration is made with love and care. Slight variations in
fabric materials and colours may differ from the ones as seen on the picture/s
due to availability of stock. Colours may also be different due to computer
settings and due to different devices. Dimensions of pennants and bunting may
vary slightly but this does not affect the functionality of the bunting.

At DecorEco, our return policy is simple – if you are not happy,
we are not happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it
may be returned undamaged within 14 days for a refund, minus any delivery charges.
This means that you have 14 days from the date you receive the email that your
order is ready for pick up or delivery.

To start a return, you may (mark the order on your Coral account and
click on Refund Request/ contact us on decorecomalta@gmail.com). If your
return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your
item back.

Returned items must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with
original packaging, tags intact and the receipt. We regret that we cannot
accept returns for items that are not in perfect condition. If you intend to
send it by post, ask for proof of postage as unfortunately we cannot be
responsible for lost or damaged returns.

You will receive an email to notify you of the returned item/s. If
you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Damages and issues

You are kindly requested to
inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and correct it.

Exceptions

Certain customised and
personalised items cannot be returned. If, however, you have questions or
concerns about your item, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you
get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is
accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
