What is Eco Market Malta?
Eco Market Malta is a Social Enterprise dedicated to Sustainable Development Goal #12; Responsible Production and Consumption. Our vision is to inspire and facilitate more and more people towards a sustainable lifestyle for the benefit of our own well-being, and the well-being of the planet. We have developed this online platform of green and eco-sustainable businesses in order to educate and facilitate consumers about responsilbe buying. Eco Market Malta is a one-stop-shop for everything eco-friendly; we also organize events, workshops, and regular awareness-raising campaigns.

How does CORAL work?
You can use this platform like most other online stores. You search for what you want to buy, add it to cart and then check out. Your item will be delivered to the address of your choice in Malta or abroad. All data and payments are 100% secure and protected. CORAL prides itself for offering 100% customer satisfaction. We take all precautions in order for you to have an enjoyable and smooth buying experience.
How to search?
Enter the descriptive term (example: eco gifts for babies) in the search bar on our homepage. The search results will appear by how relevant the items are to your particular search. You can also search by Brand, Category, or Sustainability.
How to effect payment?
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times are different; however, we strive to have orders ready and delivered between 1-4 days. We understand the importance of timely deliveries, however, we refuse to apply principles that are dangerous for the environment, such as offering same-day deliveries, causing a negative impact on traffic congestion. Instead, we push for a policy where the customer plans ahead and wait patiently, which in turn allows us to operate thoughtfully and ecologically.
Who will delivery my order?
The sellers are responsible for the delivery or mailing of your order. Therefore, if you purchased a product from Seller A and another product from Seller B, you will receive 2 different deliveries.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
Yes, all you need to do is make sure you to write the delivery address in the appropriate space (Shipping Address) during check-out.
Can my order be delivered in another country?
Most of our sellers can deliver your package abroad, however we recommend you make contact with the seller to confirm. The postage fee will be calculated upon check-out.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order from the ‘Orders’ section below your Account Details. You will need to input the Order ID (example: #5259) which is sent to you on the order confirmation email.
Questions about your order
If you have questions about an order you can contact the Seller. If you do not receive a reply or your problem is not solved within 3 working days, please contact Support.
My order did not arrive / My order arrived damaged / My order arrived wrong
We take all precautions in order for you to have a trouble-free buying experience. However, mistakes and damages sometimes happen and when they do, we take the matter seriously. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy in the Terms & Conditions. It is recommended that you follow the procedure and solve the issue directly with the seller. If after at least 7 days the issue has not been resolved, you can escalate it by contacting Support.
